- You can now permanently switch to the new version and enjoy all the updates and enhancements

- The new version of Vault retains every feature in the old interface except for the Click-to-login bookmarklet option
- For existing users, the new interface will be the default from March 1, 2021.

- Share a note with up to 50 users.
- Share up to 50 notes with your organization.
- Share up to 500 notes privately.
- Receive a maximum of 250 shared notes.

- There is a SurveyMonkey plug-in for Zoho CRM, but it is unintuitive and buggy
- Workflow developed to trigger custom function to send Contact data to a Zapier endpoint
- Zapier parses that information into a SurveyMonkey NPS delivery
- On completion of the NPS survey, response data is matched back into CRM by searching on email
