• Zoho Launches Its Own Messaging App – Arattai
  • The app’s ‘friends and family’ trial version is live on the app store.  An official announcement and release will be in a few weeks.
• Zoho Adds Customization of the Product Details Section to Inventory Module
  • Improved overall functionality of this section to offer more benefits and give the power of customization.​  By the third week of January the product details section will be a subform ready to be customized! 
• ​Zoho Vault’s New Interface is Now Live
  • You can now permanently switch to the new version and enjoy all the updates and enhancements

• Some of the new features include:
  • Security Dashboard
  • Trash
  • SIEM Integration
  • Customizable Themes
  • Dark Mode
• The new version of Vault retains every feature in the old interface except for the Click-to-login bookmarklet option
  • For existing users, the new interface will be the default from March 1, 2021.
    • Old version will still have access until June 30, 2021.

• Zoho Projects 7 is Now Live
  • It is now faster, complete UI makeover, and has some new features.  EOL for Zoho Projects 6 is March 31, 2021. We have been using this for a few months now.  And it is a winner.
• Zoho Adds “Client Users” To WorkDrive
  • This allows you to add such external users as client users to your WorkDrive Team with limited roles and permissions.
• Zoho Enables Temp Scheduling from the Temp Module In Zoho Workerly
  • You can now schedule temps and view scheduled or matching temps based on filters from the Temps module.
• New Features Rolled Out for Zoho Analytics
  • Some nice additions to Zia and the Zoho Finance Suite

• Zoho Expense added to Zoho Analytics
• Individual connectors are now an option for the finance suite
• Zia reporting enhanced and improved
• Zoho Notebook Adds Sharing & Co-Working
  • You can now share notes inside Zoho Notebook with co-workers and friends.
  • Share a note with up to 50 users.
  • Share up to 50 notes with your organization.
  • Share up to 500 notes privately.
  • Receive a maximum of 250 shared notes.

Implementation of the Week

• Automated SurveyMonkey NPS delivery via CRM webhooks
  • There is a SurveyMonkey plug-in for Zoho CRM, but it is unintuitive and buggy
  • Workflow developed to trigger custom function to send Contact data to a Zapier endpoint
  • Zapier parses that information into a SurveyMonkey NPS delivery
  • On completion of the NPS survey, response data is matched back into CRM by searching on email
