Yes. Zoho's MCP (Model Context Protocol) server lets AI assistants read and work with your Zoho data securely. The AI can only do what the signed-in user could already do in Zoho, so your existing permissions still apply.

Do I need to switch CRMs to use AI?
No. Zoho's MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools work inside the Zoho apps you already use.
Which AI tool should we use?
Whichever your team prefers. We use Claude internally, and the same approach works with ChatGPT and other tools that support MCP.
Is it safe to connect AI to our Zoho data?
It is when it's set up carefully. We start read-only, limit access to the tools you need, and tighten permissions first. The AI can only do what the signed-in user could already do in Zoho.
What's the difference between Zoho Creator and Zoho Catalyst?
Zoho Creator is a low-code platform for internal apps, forms, and workflows. Zoho Catalyst is a full-stack platform for portals, custom interfaces, and AI agents that go beyond what Creator allows.
Can you rebuild our CRM in Catalyst?
We don't recommend it. Zoho CRM, Books, and Desk already handle the hard parts well. Catalyst is best for custom tools that sit on top of them.
