Implementation of the Week
- Bond payout calculator in Zoho CRM custom module
- Fields filled out in record for a bond term, interest rate, principal investment, purchase date, and maturity date
- The button is pressed in the record to trigger a Deluge script
- The script calculates the monthly payout amount, and payout dates and writes a line into a subform for each payment
- These subform lines can then be marked as “Paid” upon receiving the payout, and are pulled into CRM reports to forecast incoming cash flow
