Zenatta 2019 – Year In Review

Zenatta had a banner year in 2019. So here is an update on the last twelve months and, most importantly, we want to thank all of you for making it possible.

Zoholics Austin 2019

Every April thousands of Zoho faithful descend on Austin, Texas for Zoho’s big annual party, Zoholics. This was the first year that they had an exhibit hall and it turned out to be a big success.

We had a fantastic time and got to meet some great Zoho users, hang out with some of our clients, the Zoho Staff, and our fellow Zoho partners.

We also gave away some Jabra Elite 65t headsets, had a bunch of people sign-up for our weekly newsletter, and we were able to do some interviews for the CRM Zen Show.

Which brings us to…

The CRM Zen Show / Weekly Newsletter

Now in our second year, The CRM Zen Show continues to grow. We did 52 shows this year. Never missing our Monday at 6 AM PT release time. When we prepared for the year-end CRM Zen Show, where we look back at all that happened in the world of Zoho (we actually go through the show notes for all regular 51 episodes) We are amazed at how much happens in a single year.

This year alone, by our count anyway, Zoho released 6 new products, added 4 new services, created 4 new product bundles, and there were at least 4 major product overhauls. And evidently, you enjoyed the shows. Our listener numbers have gone up steadily month over month.

Both Tyler and Brett wish to pass along a very big THANK YOU for all of your support. If you want to receive our Weekly newsletter, that covers all the major Zoho news for the week, and which has links to the articles that we talk about during the CRM Zen Show, then please join our mailing list and it will show up in your inbox every Monday.

Zoho Developers Conference 2019

At the Zoho Developers in Pleasanton, California this October, Zoho had some significant announcements. In addition to attending some great sessions, Brett, Tyler, and Josh we are able to make the trip and had some great one on one sessions with some key Zoho Staff. We’d like to give a shout out to Vijay Sundaram for sitting down with us, and to Pruvi Ruparel and Connor Anderson for giving us a great interview, and to Sridhar Vembu for taking the time hang out with the team and give us the great photo opp below.

New Partnerships

This was also a year for adding in some products. Since all of our partnerships are with companies that have deep integration with Zoho, we are careful to only choose the best in class solutions to help our clients get the most out of their Zoho integrations. This year we partnered with 2 new companies; Formstack and LogMeIn.

Formstack Documents (formerly WebMerge), has proven to be a great partnership and we think many of our clients are going to be adding this document automation solution to their Zoho platform next year. If you haven’t check it out yet, here is a short video that shows how we use it internally here at Zenatta.

LogMeIn has two products that we started integrating for our clients in 201; GoToConnect (also know as Jive) – a telephony solution that integrates with Zoho, GoToMeeting – The Industry-leading online collaboration tool. They have some incredibly priced bundles for these products and give our clients a choice in Zoho Telephony integrations (Jive, or RingCentral (who we have partnered with for several years).

Premium Partner Status

This brings us to our biggest news of the year for us at Zenatta. Thanks to your loyal clients, we capped off the year of hard work with a nice feather in our cap. Of the thousands of Zoho Partners. There are only 38 worldwide that are in Zoho’s top tier of partners: Zoho Premium Partner. Of those 38, only 6 are in the United States, and we are thrilled to have joined that Club in December. We want to thank or clients the Zenatta team for making this possible. It was a great way to end the year, and head into 2020.

Looking Ahead

Again, we want to thank Zoho, our Staff, and our great clients for an incredible 2019. Here’s what you can expect from us in 2020.

Events. Austin will be home for Zoholics again this year, and once again, we will be exhibiting, and Zoho tells us they expect over 3,000 people to attend. The growth of the show has been amazing. We will also be joining Zoho on the road for some of their Workshops (Look for us in Los Angeles on January 27 and 28 for the CRM Plus Workshop.)

Content. In addition to our Weekly Newsletter and The CRM Zen Show, we are also going to be rolling out even more content in 2020. We will be starting a monthly webinar series in January, and are launching a new YouTube channel (we are committing to one new video a week) that will be chocked full of Zoho tips and tutorials. And, of course, we will continue our twice a week blog posts.

New Sevice. We will also be launching a new monthly CRM Health Check and Support program to our clients, with the goal of keeping their CRMs tuned up and running smoothly.

Here’s wishing everyone a happy and productive New Year.

All the best,

The Zenatta Team
