- Data Review & Integrity Check
- This includes record de-duplication, and record completeness
- Usability and Function
- Process and Procedures being followed
- Lead Conversion Status
- Deal Pipeline Completeness/Timeliness
- Overdue Tasks
- Process and Procedures being followed
- Security Review
- User Access, Roles and Permissions, TFA
- Bi-Weekly CRM Back-up Download and Storage
Each month we will give you a Health Check Report (Sample Below), in addition to a checklist of your current CRM status, we also let you know what actions we took, and what recommendations we may have.
In addition to the health check, we will provide two hours of support & training each month to you and your staff for all Zoho products. These hours can also be used for remediation of any issues that were uncovered from the health check. Any unused hours from previous months will carry over to future months (maximum of 10 hours).
