- It is common to collect address integration within the CRM from Leads, Contacts, and Accounts
- This info can be used for marketing segmentation, engagement (via physical mailers), and purchase fulfillment
- Oftentimes, we ask Customers to provide this information directly to us, which introduces room for error
- In this client case, Deluge functions were implemented for each relevant module to instantly check for valid addresses
- If a proper version of the address is suggested by SmartyStreets, we can replace it, otherwise, we can notify the relevant team members to resolve the issue
