Implementation of the Week

zoho and wordpress
  • CRM-SmartyStreets Integration for Address Verification
    • It is common to collect address integration within the CRM from Leads, Contacts, and Accounts
    • This info can be used for marketing segmentation, engagement (via physical mailers), and purchase fulfillment
    • Oftentimes, we ask Customers to provide this information directly to us, which introduces room for error
    • In this client case, Deluge functions were implemented for each relevant module to instantly check for valid addresses
    • If a proper version of the address is suggested by SmartyStreets, we can replace it, otherwise, we can notify the relevant team members to resolve the issue
