• Zoho People Introduces “Office Readiness”

  • This introduces three forms, to help assess if your worksites are ready to function and accommodate employees and visitors:

    • Work Premises

    • Work from Office

    • Visitor at office

• New Bulk Mail Merge Monthly Limits in Zoho Writer

  • If you use more that 1000 a month (the current limit included in Paid Plans), then you can now purchase up to an additional 4000 merges as $0.05 each.

  • There is some confusion as to what the limit is based on this post.  Not sure if you get 500 or 1000 merges with the Professional & Enterprise Edition.

• Zoho Cliq Updates – September Roundup

  • Widgets, Telephony  and more.  The Zoho Cliq team is on a roll.

• Zoho Sign Gets The Full iOS 14 Treatment

  • The mobile apps for iOS 14 and iPadOS 14 now support App Clips, Widgets, and Scribble.  Here are the details.

• Zoho Desk For Android Now Supports Ticket Templates

  • You can now insert ticket templates when creating a new ticket in Zoho Desk for Android (v2.4.11.1)

Implementation of the Week

• Zoho CRM Subform to Zoho Subscription Custom Signup Link

  • Subscription pricing is based primarily on the add-ons chosen by the customer

  • Addon options loaded into custom module in CRM

  • Subform created in Deals module referencing the Addon table created in CRM

  • Sales rep fills in subform to create quote document for customer

  • Once the Deal is marked as Closed Won, custom Subscription link is generated with the proper addons, pricing, and billing frequency

  • This link can be automatically emailed out to the customer to allow them to sign up directly to the Subscription
