Implementation of the Week
- ChatGPT Integration for Zoho Cliq via a Custom Bot
- The implementation this week is a build that we actually made for ourselves inside our company Cliq account
- We based our implementation off of the code we shared from Zoho on last week’s show/newsletter
- First, we added a channel called ChatGPT where this Bot would live
- Then, we created the bot and connected it to our company ChatGPT account (you will need a paid account for this)
- Lastly, our users can easily subscribe to the bot and ask ChatGPT questions directly through our Cliq environment
Code Share of the Week
- Deluge AI Tool: Find Named Entities
- Deluge offers some AI tasks in its list of integrated tasks. One we want to mention is zoho.ai.findNamesEntities(). This function takes a text snippet and can search that text for certain elements.
- This could be helpful in parsing lead information from a comment box or categorizing incoming help desk tickets to match the appropriate department/team.
