Zenatta consolidated their sales, marketing, and finance operations under Zoho CRM, Books, Analytics, and Campaigns, while building advanced automations for quoting, pricing, ownership tracking, and territory logic.

The Challenge

Migrating to Zoho began after absorbing a company already using the platform—but the environment needed major restructuring to support their complex quoting, pricing, and sales operations. They required clean data, reliable automation, and a unified source of truth across CRM, Books, and Analytics.

  • Zoho Books Migration & Financial Restructure: Migrated all historical financial data into a new Books organization aligned with Televic’s updated structure. Added support for partial-shipment invoicing to improve accuracy in billing and fulfillment.
  • Advanced Quoting Automations: Implemented optimized logic for Price Books, MSRP/Dealer pricing, and automatic list price updates. Developed a scalable client script + workflow framework to ensure pricing accuracy across 1,500+ products and 8 price books.
  • Sales Forecasting & Opportunity Accuracy: Built a weighted amount calculation, ensured quotes correctly updated their parent opportunities, and automated revenue forecasting rules to prevent incorrect totals.
  • Territory & Ownership Management: Created a unified territory field across Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, and Quotes. Implemented mass updates, owner reassignments, and automated territory mapping for imported and existing records.
  • Analytics Reporting for Sales & Purchasing: Created sales dashboards, forecasting reports, and Books-driven purchasing insights to support planning and decision-making across North America.
  • Training & Marketing Support: Provided training for fulfillment, inventory, reporting, and general CRM usage. Assisting marketing with a transition plan from HubSpot to Zoho Campaigns—covering email validation, segmentation, and best practices.
