Zenatta partnered with the Fired Up! Culture team to transform their survey operations, automate CRM processes, and rebuild their reporting architecture. Through comprehensive module redesigns, smart automation, and deep integration between Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Forms, the project delivered greater efficiency, accuracy, and long-term scalability.

The Challenge

Fired Up! Culture’s survey processes were spread across multiple systems, using inconsistent modules, duplicate workflows, and manual data handling. Survey results did not always sync correctly, reporting required extensive cleanup, and coaching workflows often needed human intervention. With rising demand for Culture Index, Leadership360, Sparks, Coaching Surveys, and Birkman assessments, the team needed consistent automation and a dependable reporting framework.

Delays in sync, gaps in module structure, and inconsistent automation slowed the team’s ability to deliver insights. The Zenatta Solution

Zenatta delivered a broad modernization effort that unified data sources, automated survey and coaching workflows, and strengthened reporting tools across the entire survey lifecycle.

  • CRM Architecture & Process Automation: Zenatta consolidated multiple survey modules into one unified structure and deployed client scripts to automatically pre-populate Coaching Plans, Coaching Sessions, and Order details. Workflows were updated to assign record owners, trigger communications, manage survey status updates, and align Birkman processes with coach activity.
  • Survey Revamp & Workflow Sync: Using Zoho Forms, Zoho Survey, and Zoho Flow, Zenatta rebuilt participant import workflows, automated survey launches, and ensured survey completion updates reliably synced back to CRM. Smart reminders, follow-up triggers, and PDF renaming further improved usability for the coaching team.
  • Advanced Reporting in Zoho Analytics: The team created SQL UNION tables, UNPIVOT transformations, Culture Index dashboard refinements, and pipelines for Alchemer and Zoho Survey data. They resolved repeated API and sync issues and introduced a new reporting structure for dynamic demographic filtering and standardized survey analysis.
