- Zoho CRM adds a new Field Type: Image Upload
- This is a really well thought out new field type. You can easily add images, crop them, give them titles, etc.
- Users with module customization permission can add up to 2 image upload fields/modules.
- A maximum of 20MB of images can be added to a field.
- Up to 10 images can be added to a field.
- Available for Professional and above editions.

- Zoho Launches Zoho CRM’s Remote Sales Office
- The new bundle includes Zoho Cliq, Zoho Meeting, and Zoho ShowTime integrations with CRM, all in on Bundled Price.
- Remote Sales Office will be available for free for three months, until August 31, 2020. After that, the price is $9/user/month for the add-on.
- Zoho’s Notebook Web Clipper Extension Gets a Major Update
- You will see a floating Notebook icon at the bottom left of your screen when you are in a Zoom, Cisco WebEx, Zoho Meeting, or Zoho Showtime session.

- Points could be based on Call length, Lead conversion time, Deal size
- Dashboard to roll up point scores from various CRM activities
- Serves as an alternative to the deprecated Motivator. Slightly less visually appealing, but more customizable.
