Implementation of the Week
- Automatic Loading of Client File Templates to Zoho WorkDrive
- In this implementation, our goal was to automatically create folders in WorkDrive for newly created Leads. We do this all the time, but this instance had an additional caveat…
- Our secondary goal was to also automatically upload document templates for that client based on some logic rules via CRM
- These documents are disclosures and informational packets that may be specific to the interests/goals of that Prospect
- To accomplish this, our team created document folder templates that store the specific files relevant for each specific case
- Then, when a Lead is converted, our function determines which case is appropriate for this Lead, and clones those files into appropriate sub-folders within the master Workdrive folder for that Lead
- These documents can be viewed by the client using the public URL for their Workdrive folder, and can be downloaded from there
