    • Zoho CRM continues to expand its capabilities with the new integration with Microsoft Teams, enhancing collaboration and communication for users.
  • Zoho CRM Wizard Enhancements
    • There is now an automated creation of a Wizard option, and Wizard summaries have been added.
  • Zoho CRM Sandbox now supports CPQ
    • If you haven’t tried CPQ yet, now’s the time. The Zoho CRM Sandbox now supports CPQ, letting you configure your rules in a safe testing environment before going live.

  • Trident v1.7.0 for Mac OS
    • More enhancements for Trident focused on Mail.
  • Zoho Vault Apple Updates
    • On top of the Apple updates, Vault now supports CC as a type of credential and geolocation restrictions. 
  • Deprecation of Google Drive and Google Sheets connections in Deluge
    • Google found an issue with this connecter and on August 15th, this will be removed.   So if you are using this connector, you will want to resolve this in the upcoming week.

Implementation of the Week

• CompanyCam Integration for Zoho CRM
  • In this implementation, our goal was to create an integration between Zoho CRM Deals, and CompanyCam
  • CompanyCam is an excellent application that allows on-site team to easily take pictures, notate those pictures, and add them to a Project-specific folder
  • To accomplish this, we first configured an automation that adds a new Project folder within CompanyCam upon winning a Deal in CRM
  • This allows us to define the naming convention of the Project folder to match the Deal
  • Then, we’re able to post webhooks from CompanyCam to an endpoint we create in Zoho Flow to catch updates occurring in CompanyCam and reconcile them back to the Deal in CRM

• Implementing Delay in Zoho Deluge using Postman Echo
  • As a Zoho developer, you may encounter situations where you need to introduce a delay in your Deluge scripts. Unfortunately, Deluge does not provide a native way to set a delay. However, you can achieve this using the Postman Echo service. This week’s code share explains how to implement a delay in your Deluge scripts using a Postman Echo endpoint and the reason for using this approach.
