Implementation of the Week

  • UTM Capture and Tracking via Zoho LandingPages and Forms
    • In this implementation, our client is using Zoho LandingPages and was looking to capture the UTM information for Leads created via these LandingPages
    • The first thing that we did was swap out the CRM Webforms they were using with Zoho Forms
    • Then, we enabled UTM tracking for those forms and added the tracking script to the LandingPage
    • Next, we mapped the UTM values from the Form to the CRM Lead, and set them up to convert to the Account/Contact/Deal
    • Lastly, we’ll just need to pull this data, along with GoogleAds data, into Zoho Analytics for ROI/ROAS reporting
