  • CRM Price Books Reporting via Analytics
    • Price Books in the CRM are a great way to set custom pricing for items by volume
    • These Price Books directly pull into Quote generation in the CRM
    • Unfortunately, the CRM Reports do not well summarize this data, and Zoho Analytics does not properly pull over the Price Books // Product linking data
    • This means that, natively, you cannot get a good top down report of Prices per Customer, or all potential Prices for a given Product
    • Custom CRM Scheduled Function created to regularly sync Price List // Product data to a custom data-table in Analytics
    • This allows for easy viewing of all Price List // Products associated with a client, and all possible Prices of a given Product

  • Google Routes for Zoho CRM
    • The Google Routes for CRM extension brings the Google Map API into Zoho CRM modules. 
    • This allows you to: 
      • Create location markers and build routes directly into the records of these default modules:
        •  Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals, Sales Orders, and Purchase Orders. 
        • This widget cannot be used in custom modules.
