- Zoho CRM’s Mail Merge functionality allows for If/then statements to control content based on CRM data
- This if/then statements can be used to control images, and well as URL redirects in the resultant document
- In this case, a variety of image/pre-filled links were added to a proposal that redirect to applicable Subscription plans
- From the mail merge proposal, the prospect can click through to the specific Subscription plans available to them
