Prior to coming to Zenatta, ICC had purchased Zoho One with the plan to rely on support offered by Zoho. After giving this a go they discovered “We found that their response times were too slow and the amount of support prevented us from making progress with using Zoho One to its fullest capability.” Thus they reached out to and hired Zenatta to aid them with their Zoho One implementation.
Once ICC brought Zenatta on as their partner of choice the Zenatta team got to work. After the initial discovery calls it was determined the main apps being used were going to be Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Analytics. However, after further review, it was determined both by ICC and Zenatta that Zoho Recruit was too overwhelming for what they needed. ICC needed a simpler solution that would be easier to manage yet had some of the components of Recruit.
The great news was that ICC was in luck. With Zoho Creator, the Zenatta team was able to create a custom app that only utilized the components that ICC was after. This simplified version of Recruit was created, synced with Zoho CRM, and auto-notifications were configured. After this new version of recruit was created inside Creator ICC also needed two other custom Creator applications.
To fulfill the rest of their needs in replacing Zoho Recruit, the Zenatta team also created a resume builder application. This was essentially a form that was filled out that auto-converted into a resume. The last custom Creator app was a project management solution for new hires. This essentially was a rework of Learning Central and Zoho Learn where new hires could be filtered through a series of courses and training. This also allowed future employers to control the training content as well as see the progress.
Once all three Creator apps were dialed in, custom modules inside the CRM were created so ICC could manage all three solutions directly from the CRM.
The final component of everything was analytics. The Zenatta team got with ICC and created custom reports and analytics that they needed. One of the dashboards and reports even ended up saving ICC a lot, “we have saved $15,000 annually that we would have spent on additional technology we no longer need. Using dashboards to create client reporting we are saving up to 20 man-hours per month. The design document is creating streamlined processes and notifications to the appropriate people saving us countless hours in updates.”
