- SalesIQ Zobots are a great way to proactively engage web visitors and increase Lead generation without filling out forms
- However, many organizations do not want their sales team to have to have SalesIQ open throughout the day
- In Zobot’s new codeless bot builder, we can post external webhooks when the chatting visitor reaches certain points in the conversation
- This webhook contains the Chat ID, and most recent message
- This data can be used to post chats in specific channels in Slack or Cliq to link sales users back to this chat
