Aviem is a crisis response organization that focuses on human services. They partner with companies to provide practical care and support to those most affected when a tragedy strikes in the course of business operations. They have 7 employees and hire 20-40 or more as needed to support projects throughout the year. The company is headquartered in Atlanta, GA, and has other locations in Augusta, Houston, London, Barcelona, Brisbane, Perth, & Johannesburg.
When Aviem reached out to the Zenatta team they were using Salesforce and looking for a more affordable solution. Thus they found Zoho as an affordable alternative to Salesforce and picked Zenatta to help implement and strategize their switch. They also wanted something that was scalable for adding new agents temporarily.
For Aviem the implementation was broken into a few segments. First, there was the migration from Salesforce to Zoho. This process was pretty straightforward since they had already imported most of their data. The Zenatta team finished the remaining imports and cleaned up the modules and fields to better reflect their business model.
Next, they wanted an agent and client portal. We split this into two different methods. For the agent portal, we referred them to our colleagues over at Catalyst Connect. The Catalyst Connect team focuses primarily on Portals for Zoho users and had exactly what Aviem was looking for in regards to the agent portal. The client portal the Zenatta team built out inside Zoho CRM allowing clients to see activated records.
The final phase was simplifying some agent and employee processes. For logging timesheets, we created a custom form that would handle all the timesheets and log them into the system. The other key element that needed to be tracked was expenses. Aviem wanted a system that was simple to use with minimal training necessary. To make this process as foolproof as possible the Zenatta team created a custom Creator application for expenses.
After everything was complete Aviem now had a much more affordable solution that had been streamlined for their business processes. With the usage of portals, they are able to bring in temporary agents at just a small fraction of the price of a Zoho license. When asked would you recommend Zenatta to others?
