  • Generally, CRM Tasks are a great way to notify users of action required on CRM records
  • However, some users may not spend their entire day in CRM working these tasks
  • The other primary way to notify would traditionally be via email, but this channel is crowded enough
  • Using CRM workflows and Deluge we set up automated notifications to record owners when CRM records are approaching expiration dates
  • These automated messages can be sent via an admin user profile, or via a specific “Bot” channel for this use case
