Executive Summary
The Otis Sampson Company is a woman-owned small business executive recruitment firm focusing on the sectors of chemicals, ingredients, pharmaceuticals, and biotech. They are a brand-new business founded and based out of Indianapolis, Indiana.
The Challenge
Sarah Holmes, the founder, had previously worked for another recruiting firm before starting the Otis Sampson Company. While at that recruitment firm one of the downsides was their CRM, it did not have task management, pipeline reporting, or great reporting in general. Looking at different solutions out there, when speaking with Zenatta she was opened up to the world of Zoho and all of its possibilities.
Implementation
With a clean slate, the implementation for Sarah was pretty straightforward. First, we identified the pieces she needed to make her business model flow. We were going to need to develop a website for her that integrated with both Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit. “I had several similar options, but the Zenatta team made me feel the most comfortable that this was the right solution for me. I trusted that they had a good understanding of my website and they were able to translate my vision into a reality.”
After the development of the site, we focused on the core of her business which is ATS. We ensured that all the integrations were properly connected between the 3 platforms being used and that recruit was dialed in with the client’s LinkedIn. Once the client’s business takes off there will be some further implementation of custom tasking, pipeline management, and reporting.
