Implementation of the Week

  • Calculating nth Weekday of a Given Month via Zoho Deluge
    • Sometimes, specific actions need to take place relative to a specific nth weekday of a month (ex: 3rd Sunday)
    • A Serverless function was created in the CRM which takes the input of: Weekday (Sunday), Number (4), and Month (if none provided, assume current)
    • Serverless function takes these input parameters, and using control logic returns the formatted date of the requested weekday
    • Because the function is serverless, it can be used in a variety of automations, or even from outside of Zoho via an authenticated API call
