Implementation of the Week

  • Zoho CRM – Zoho Desk integration to create Implementation Tickets upon winning CRM Deals
    • Throughout a Deal’s lifecycle, product information is loaded into a subform to track Products sold, along with a Delivery Date for the Product
    • Workflow triggered on marking a Deal closed-won to group Products, then write Product lists into Zoho Desk as an Implementation Ticket
    • Tickets are linked to the respective Desk version of the CRM Contact and Account on the CRM Deal
    • Ticket Priority automated to Low/Medium/High based on the difference between the current date and Delivery Date in Deal

Things We Noticed

  • Zoho Flow has deprecated the Zoho Books connection.
    • You will need to change all Flows connected to Zoho Books to a newly made Books connection for it to continue working.
    • No announcement was given.
