    • Custom field added to Deals for Proposal Request Status – options include Request Pending, Requested, Working, and Complete
    • Request Pending status uses a layout rule to require key fields and triggers approval to management to generate a custom proposal
    • Once Request is approved, the Proposal Request Status updates to Requested, which adds the Deal to the backlog for the Proposal creation team
    • Auto-notifications go out to the sales rep when work on their Proposal document begins, and when it is completed
