The Challenge

Before Zenatta, Bee the Wellness relied on a patchwork of ClickUp, Google Sheets, Google Forms, and email. This fragmented approach made it difficult to track client interactions, manage retreat tasks consistently, and keep internal communication aligned across global operations.

  • Retreat Planning Blueprint & Task Automation: Zenatta designed a structured retreat planning framework using CRM blueprints and task logic, making phases, due dates, and completion steps more consistent across each retreat.
  • Process Automation with Zoho Flow: Automated handoffs and updates reduced repetitive work and ensured consistency across modules, helping the team stay aligned without constant manual follow-up.
  • Client Intake, Scheduling, and Docs: Zoho Forms and Bookings simplified client intake and scheduling, while WorkDrive and Zoho Writer provided organized document management and collaboration.
