• Online Meeting Apps for Zoho CRM
  • You can now connect popular online meeting apps like Zoom, GoToMeeting, and Webex to your events in Zoho CRM.
• Zoho Product Updates:
  • Zoho People Enhances Onboarding
    • Step by Step tracking of your employee onboarding process is now part of Zoho People.
  • Zoho Creator 
    • 6 New features have been rolled out.  My favorite is iOS & Android apps – “Open in app” from Recents.
  • CRM
    • You Can now Clone a Blueprint
      • This has been a long time coming.  You could do this previously with Workflows.
    • Subform Lead Conversion Mapping
      • A big leap forward in making subforms useful.
    • Approval Record Locking Enhancements
      • You now have more granular control over the approval process.

Things We Noticed

• Reporting on subform data
  • This now makes the Subform very useful. Essentially it now treats a subform as its own module.
