TG Technical Services is a Kansas City–based distributor and service center specializing in industrial gas monitors, protective suits, and respiratory equipment. With a team of five full-time and two part-time employees, the business conducts nearly all revenue (99%) from gas monitor sales, service, and rentals.
Seeking a dependable, all-in-one platform to replace Odoo—which had been implemented poorly and caused major operational strain—TG Technical Services partnered with Zenatta to rebuild their ecosystem inside Zoho One the right way.
The Challenge
Before working with Zenatta, TG Technical Services relied on Odoo. While the software had potential, the implementation was deeply flawed. Financial data was inaccurate, emails could not be sent from the system, and inventory was consistently unreliable.
