The Challenge

  • Blueprints to enforce process: Created lead and deal Blueprints to enforce pipeline structure, incorporate pricing calculations, and standardize how opportunities moved through stages.
  • Task and reminder automation: Automated follow-ups such as monthly and quarterly client check-ins, using task creation and reminders based on lead type and deal stage.
  • Training and enablement: Trained the sales team on the updated structure so adoption was consistent and the system stayed clean over time.
