What is Zoho Meeting?
Zoho Meeting is Zoho’s video conferencing and webinar solution, designed to keep your remote communication secure, simple, and seamless—especially if you’re already operating within the Zoho ecosystem. While not as robust as competitors like Zoom or Microsoft Teams when it comes to large-scale video quality or multi-host events, Zoho Meeting thrives as a built-in utility for internal check-ins, client calls, and one-on-one presentations.
From our experience, the real benefit of Zoho Meeting lies in its deep integration with other Zoho apps—Mail, Bookings, CRM, and Projects—allowing users to launch meetings, sync invites, and even automate follow-ups without ever switching tabs. It also provides useful webinar tools, basic session analytics, and embeddable links for team use. However, it’s not ideal for users needing top-tier video output or relying heavily on recorded sessions, as those areas still have room for growth.
Why we rate it "Maybe"
While Zoho Meeting is a solid choice for light to moderate conferencing needs, especially for those already immersed in Zoho, it falls short in environments where quality video, robust collaboration tools, or high attendee counts are required. In our testing, bandwidth sensitivity and latency can sometimes affect the experience—even on otherwise strong connections.
Recording quality and in-meeting responsiveness have been consistent pain points, particularly when trying to produce shareable training content or client-facing assets. That said, the platform has improved steadily, with ongoing feature rollouts and UI refinements. If you're sticking mostly to internal use, 1:1 calls, or want native integration without adding yet another tool to your tech stack, Zoho Meeting still holds value. Just don’t expect it to replace your dedicated webinar suite—at least not yet.
