What is Zoho Learn?
From our experience at Zenatta, the strength of Zoho Learn lies in its simplicity—setting up courses, lessons, and articles feels intuitive. Compared to traditional LMS platforms, which often require third-party integrations for knowledge bases, Learn combines both into one platform. However, it does lack strong integration with other Zoho applications, which limits its ability to automate learning triggers or embed learning deeper into operational workflows. Still, for most small to mid-sized businesses (especially existing Zoho users), it’s a major win for training, onboarding, and internal documentation.
Why we rate it "Definitely"
We rate Zoho Learn as Definitely recommended because of its balance between simplicity and functionality. It's not trying to be the most advanced LMS in the market, but for its intended audience—Zoho-centric businesses—it absolutely nails the basics. Setting up spaces, manuals, and courses is fast and easy, which means teams can start benefiting almost immediately without extensive setup or training.
