Without a unified system for client and marketing data, Prometis Partners partnered with Zenatta to implement Zoho CRM, Flow, and Analytics. Before Zoho, Prometis Partners had no structured CRM to manage client relationships or sales projections. - WorkDrive & Document Management: Linked CRM accounts with dedicated WorkDrive folders. Added automatic notifications and a “Send WorkDrive Folder” button that lets users instantly email secure folder links to clients for uploads or reviews.
- ScoreApp Integration (via Zoho Flow): Connected ScoreApp assessments—Buyer Ready, Leadership, and Business Owner Dependency—to CRM. Each submission now updates or creates a contact, logs results in notes, applies tags, and assigns follow-up tasks to the advisor.
- Zoom Webinar & Event Tracking: Integrated Zoom Webinars through Zoho Flow to tag event participants, capture topic details, and ensure registration data syncs automatically with CRM.
- Analytics & ROI Dashboards: Built a Sponsorship ROI Report embedded directly in CRM, alongside quarterly revenue and engagement dashboards—providing clear insights into marketing effectiveness and business growth.
