If you need to build a document and send that document via Fax from your CRM, then here is how you can do that:

In the integration we show today – our developer, Josh, shows how this can be set up using Formstack Documents (formerly WebMerge) as the document builder and Phaxio as the delivery service.

Here are some key points from the video:

• The document is first added to Formstack as a template containing form fields.
• A workflow is set up in the CRM to push a webhook to populate the form fields using data present in the CRM record.
• Once the document and workflow trigger is set up, Josh finalizes this setup by adding Phaxio as the delivery method.
