Getting Started With Zoho Flow

Unlock the full potential of automation with Zoho Flow. This guide provides a quick overview to help you get started with Zoho Flow’s intuitive dashboard, task credits, and more.

A Tour of Zoho Flow Dashboard

What You’ll Find

The dashboard serves as your home page, showcasing important elements like your total flows, currently running flows, and recent executions. It also includes pie and bar charts to monitor the success and failure rates of your flows.

Understanding Task Credits

The Currency of Zoho Flow

Task credits act as an internal currency system. These credits are finite and are reset at the beginning of each month. You can check your usage under ‘Plan Details’ in your profile. Running low? You can purchase additional credits as needed.

User Management and Settings

Customize Your Experience

The settings tab allows you to manage user roles, time zones, and date formats. Zoho Flow offers two basic roles—admin and user—each with its own set of permissions.

Ready-Made or DIY

Zoho Flow includes a gallery of pre-made flows for common tasks. You can also create your own flows and organize them into folders for easy access.

Audit Trail and Custom Functions

Maintain Transparency

The Audit Trail feature keeps a record of all changes made within your flows, adding an extra layer of transparency. Custom Functions offer a way to execute specific tasks, which we will explore more in future webinars.
