• Calendly – CRM Integration through Zoho Flow
  • When a meeting is booked in Calendly, query Leads, then Contacts for a matching email address.
  • If there is a match, create a CRM Event-related to that specific Lead or Contact.
  • If there is not a match, create a Contact with a related Event.
