• Embedded Webhooks in Zoho Analytics Report
  • The client required a live reporting tool which could be used to trigger updates in Zoho CRM
  • Webhook endpoint set up in Zoho Flow
  • Zoho Analytics formula fields used to build a custom link for each record that posts to the webhook endpoint with the record ID
  • Zoho Flow receives the ID upon a user clicking the link in the report, and the record is properly updated in the CRM immediately.
  • Due to the robust nature of webhooks, this method could be used to automate a myriad of actions from inside of an Analytics report.
