Zoho Campaigns: 3.0 Launches with AI, WhatsApp Marketing, & Major Enhancements
The biggest Campaigns update in years brings AI-drafted email, SMS, and WhatsApp content, a rebuilt template editor with a real mobile view, deeper segmentation, frequency capping across every channel, and a sneaky little bullet for outbound webhooks. Use the AI copy as a head start, but run it through your own brand voice, or you and your competitor will end up sending the same email.
Zoho Analytics 7.0: New Agentic Analytics Platform
Six prebuilt agents (data analysis, visualization, data prep, formula, ML coding, and SQL) now sit behind one conversation, joined by Agent Studio, an ontology and semantic layer for business context, sandboxes, and a new CLI, all running on Zoho’s LLM or your own OpenAI or Anthropic key. Admins can now choose which profiles get to use each Zia agent and manage agent versions, a big deal when an agent is authenticated as a manager and a sales rep could otherwise see data they shouldn’t.
Zoho CRM: Zia ICR Adds Bulk Image Import for Record Creation
Got a stack of business cards from a trade show? Zia ICR now takes a zip of images and turns them into multiple records at once, with per-field extraction prompts for tidying the data on the way in.
Zoho Social: Introducing the Zoho Social API
Scheduling posts, pulling brand and channel info, and managing multiple brands can now happen over a REST API, so you could queue posts from a custom CRM module without ever leaving CRM. No messaging endpoints yet, but it’s a solid first step. Check out the API landing page for details.
