Zoho Creator: Zia AI Configuration Enhancements
For teams juggling more than one AI provider inside Creator, admins can now bring in separate API keys per LLM and assign different keys with different access controls to features like Deluge assistance, agent building, and Co-Creator.
Zoho Creator: Outgoing Email Management Enhancements
Creator 6 now lets you configure exactly which channel handles your outgoing mail, built-in, Zeptomail, an Outlook or Gmail relay via OAuth, or a custom SMTP server, though Zoho will still flag you if marketing sends start going out through the transactional Zeptomail option.
Zoho Recruit: Connect AI Tools with Zoho MCP
Recruit picks up its own MCP connector for actions like pulling candidates and searching records, plus Zia email summaries, an at-a-glance candidate summary on the list view, a new Seek sourcing integration, and the ability for staffing agencies to generate and send Books invoices straight from a job opening.
Zoho Recruit: Color-Coded Blueprint Transitions
Blueprint transitions in Recruit can now be color coded, and that color carries over to the button on the record itself, an easy green-for-go, red-for-stop way to cut through a busy blueprint.
Zoho Recruit: Advanced Formatted Resume Templates
Advanced resume templates, previously limited to the Candidates module, now extend to Applications too, capped at five per module, though existing Candidate templates won’t carry over automatically and will need to be recreated.
Zoho Forms: Heading Field for Better Form Structure
A new heading field lets you nest groups of fields under labeled sections like Personal Information or Shipping Details, a small UI touch that makes longer forms easier to follow.
Zoho Inventory: Inventory Operations with Zoho MCP
Inventory now has an MCP connector too, handy for read-only questions like inventory turnover or products with declining stock, but keep it in read-only mode since purchase orders and inventory adjustments are hard to unwind once they leave the digital world.
Zoho Cliq: Default Settings for AI Features
Cliq’s AI features are now off by default instead of popping up uninvited, so you can turn on only the ones you actually want.
Zoho Desk: More Zia AI Capabilities Across Editions
More of Zia’s AI tools, ticket and thread summaries, reply assistance, and article generation, are now included across additional Desk editions, reaching all the way down to Express.
Zoho POS: June 2026 Feature Updates
POS now runs natively on macOS for Mac-based retail counters, alongside a multi-business switcher for the Windows app and a consolidated “All Locations” dashboard view that rolls up sales, inventory, and purchasing across every store.
Zoho Forms: Image Slider Field
A new Image Slider field lets you drop multiple images into one clean carousel on a form, ideal for product showcases or step-by-step visual instructions without cluttering the layout.
Zoho Calendar: Google Calendar Interoperability
Admins can now set up Calendar Interoperability so Zoho Calendar and Google Calendar users can see each other’s free/busy availability without leaving their preferred app, handy for orgs running both platforms side by side.
Zoho Books: Product Updates July ’26
Books wrapped up July with its usual monthly slate of accounting refinements and edition-specific enhancements; check the What’s New timeline on zoho.com for the full rundown.
Zoho Expense: Trips Experience Redesign
The Trips module gets a redesign across web and mobile: Trips, Reports, Expenses, and Advances now share a unified list layout with switchable Compact and Card views, plus a refreshed trip detail screen and a dashboard that surfaces pending tasks right up top.
Zoho Invoice: April–June 2026 Updates
Invoice now connects to Claude and ChatGPT through Zoho MCP, letting you create invoices, add customers, chase payments, and pull sales reports with plain-language prompts instead of opening the app, alongside new accessibility preferences and PDF annexure attachments.
Zoho Desk: Set Email Template as Default (Android)
A small Android update lets Desk agents set a specific email template as their default when replying to tickets.
Zoho Desk: Access in Odia Language (Android & iOS)
Zoho Desk’s mobile apps now support Odia, adding to the growing list of regional language options for agents.
Zoho Mail: Shared Mailbox for Team Email Collaboration
Shared Mailbox brings a collaborative group inbox to Zoho Mail, letting a team work threads together under one address with comments, tags, and assigned ownership instead of everyone’s individual inbox getting flooded.
Zoho Social: Q2 2026 Feature Recap
Q2’s roundup covers three months of Threads updates, locations, polls, deleting posts, profile monitoring, alongside the new unified Inbox for managing Facebook, Instagram, X, Google Business Profile, and YouTube interactions in one place.
Zoho Bigin: Android Payment Link Generation
Bigin’s Android app can now generate payment links to collect payment straight from mobile instead of switching over to desktop.

Validate Logged-in User’s Profile in Deluge and Client Script
This one revisits an early Club Zenatta favorite: checking who’s logged in before letting a button or process run, now with a client script version added alongside the original Deluge. In Deluge, you build a list of allowed profiles, pull the logged-in user’s email with zoho.loginuserid, match it against your CRM users, and flip a boolean to true if their profile is on the list before continuing with the rest of your logic. Client script makes this even easier since it already has a built-in reference object, so a quick $CRM.user.profile.profile.name check against your allowed list gets you there without a search query at all. It’s handy anywhere you can’t outright hide a button and instead need to gate what happens when someone clicks it, or even branch a process differently for an admin versus a regular user. Both versions are up on Club Zenatta.

Question of the Week
Currency-Based Field Issue on Conversion in CRM
@jsswertfeger6231 asked why a custom Freight field on Quotes wasn’t carrying its value over after converting to a Sales Order, even though the field existed in both modules. The fix: Quote Conversion Mapping, found under the three-dot menu on the Quotes module, lets you map each field to where it should land on Sales Orders and Invoices, and creating new fields on the Quote first gives you the option to auto-create and pre-map them for conversion.
