Zoho News

Zoho One: App Adoption and Feature Discovery Tools

A new onboarding layer inside Zoho One helps users and admins self-discover apps and features, including a usage progress bar in the app directory showing what percentage of your team is actually using each product. Zoho called out a recurring piece of customer feedback that the platform’s full potential feels out of reach, and this is their answer to it. It’s something the Zenatta team hears on sales calls constantly too, so it’s good to see Zoho getting this feedback and acting on it.

Zoho Meeting: Video Platform Framework Migration

Zoho Meeting is rebuilding its core video platform from the ground up to improve audio, video, and screen sharing connectivity. Some features are temporarily unavailable during the transition, and a few (like screen sharing permission overrides) are being deprecated entirely. July 11th is the current ETA for the bulk of features to return. The UI and feature set have never been the problem with Zoho Meeting. If they fix the AV quality, it could finally become a real alternative to Zoom for teams that are tired of paying for both.

Zoho Forms: Quarterly Feature Roundup

A packed quarter for Forms includes a native Zoho Sign field for legally binding e-signatures directly on a form (requires name and email fields to tie the signature to an individual), Spotlight Forms, Unsplash backgrounds, 100 new card and board themes, autofill for logged-in Zoho users, a progress bar, Microsoft Power Automate integration, and Zoho vertical field data mapping. Zoho Forms shows up in more than half of Zenatta’s builds, and updates like these are exactly why.

Zoho CRM: May 2026 Community Digest Part 1

May’s digest wraps up a strong month for CRM, touching on the native QuickBooks integration and forecasting improvements, but the real highlight is the community section at the bottom with free Deluge functions, client scripts, and Kaizen posts. Kaizen 242 in particular walks through using the new Slight UI component builder to create a sales order popup directly from the Deals page, without touching HTML or CSS.

Zoho Billing: May 2026 Feature Roundup

Zoho Expense: Mobile App UX Improvements

Zoho Expense has rolled out UX improvements to its iOS and Android apps to simplify day-to-day expense and travel management.

Zoho Marketing Automation: Important Security Update

Both Zoho Marketing Automation and Zoho Campaigns are dropping support for older TLS versions; users on older browsers will need to update to stay connected.

Zoho Apptics: Now on Apple TV

Zoho Apptics is now available on Apple TV, letting you monitor app metrics like sessions, crashes, and active devices on the big screen.

Code Share of the Week

Version History Locations in Various Deluge Editors

New team member Shelby pointed out that version history is available in far more Deluge editors than most people realize. It just lives in different spots depending on the app. In Creator and the Zoho Finance apps, it’s tucked behind a three-dot more options menu. In Flow, it’s in the upper left next to the function name. In Desk, it’s on the far upper right near the help button. CRM has the most visible implementation after their Deluge editor overhaul, with a dedicated sidebar that shows version history, a changes comparison view, and a full edit log. The one exception right now is Zoho Projects, where version history doesn’t appear to be surfaced in the UI at all. Check the Club Zenatta post for screenshots of each location so you’re not hunting around blind.
