Code Share of the Week
- Send Invoice Emails in Zoho Books with Custom Templates Using Deluge
- This script pulls an existing invoice email template via the Zoho Books API, including the subject and fully merged HTML body. It then repackages that content into a send-email payload so you can modify the message before sending. The big win is adding dynamic attachments or tweaks per invoice, instead of being limited to static template attachments. Finally, it sends the email through the “send email from invoice” endpoint, typically wrapped in a clean try/catch for reliability.
