- This could be useful for post-event reporting. It also appears that the ‘To Number’ field will now be used for calendar bookings, though for what, TBD.
- Zoho CRM: Acting on Customer Feedback with VoC Filters
- Use VoC with advanced filters in CRM to group your list views. You’ll need to train your CRM on the backend to refine its assessments.
- Zoho CRM: Kiosk Studio is now available in the Professional Edition
- The title says it all.
- Zoho Bigin: Enhanced Duplicate Management and Unified Approvals
- Enhanced tools for managing duplicates are now available in Bigin, covering both incoming leads and data deduplication.
- Zoho Bigin: New Zoho Sign Integration
- Similar to CRM, you can map fields to the document template and send it off for signature.
- Zoho Desk: Enhanced Collaboration with Mass Comments
- Select multiple tickets and add the same comment to all of them in a single step.
- Zoho Backstage: November 2024 Updates
- WhatsApp for Business integration is now available for Backstage, along with a handful of other useful updates, including an NSFW content blocker.
- Zoho Social: November 2024 Update
- And some more WhatsApp updates, you can now manage your inbox and reply to messages directly within Zoho Social for both WhatsApp and Telegram.

Implementation of the Week
- Custom Void Invoice Button in CRM Finance Modules
- Using the CRM + Finance integration for Zoho CRM, Estimates, Sales Orders, and Invoices can be displayed natively within the CRM, connected to the appropriate CRM records
- This integration allows for most of the functionality to carry over to CRM, but does not support the ability to Void an Invoice from within CRM
- Voiding an Invoice should occur if it is determined that an Invoice is not going to be paid, and needs to be closed out
- To solve this, our team added a custom button to the Finance Invoices module in CRM that triggers a custom function in Deluge
- This function reached into Zoho Books, and voids the appropriate Invoice based on the selection in CRM
Code Share of the Week
- Auto Create Invoices for Packages when Shipped
- In Zoho Inventory there is no workflow trigger available for the Packages module, so in order to create automation around Packages we will need to use Zoho Flow. In Flow, the Trigger can be set to “Package updated” and in the criteria for the trigger we should only be looking at records where the “Status” is “Shipped”. This week’s code share solves for that.
