Implementation of the Week
- Automate Deal Info Finalization via Estimate to Sales Order Conversion
- In this implementation, our client is using Zoho CRM and Zoho Books, leveraging the pre-built integration between the two apps
- As the user is working the sales process, they will enter the approximate amount they think the Deal is worth into the Deal Amount field
- Then, they send one or more Estimates via Zoho Books connected to that Deal
- Our automation here is configured such that, when a given Estimate is Accepted and converted to a Sales Order, we stamp the Deal via a workflow+deluge automation with the final sales information
