  • Zoho WorkDrive: Watermark Feature

  • Zoho Projects: Milestone Enhancements for iOS
    • Add a milestone without having to assign an owner.
  • Zoho Desk: IM Replay via Blueprint Transaction (Android)
    • You can now reply to IM chats in the ticket’s blueprint transition.
  • Zoho Mail: View Conference Options (Android)
    • On the event detail page you can now see conference options.

Implementation of the Week

• Custom Improvements to Zoho Projects + Desk Integration
  • There is an available integration for Projects and Desk where you can easily convert a Desk Ticket into a Project Bug/Issue with a single click inside of Zoho Desk
  • However, there are some limitations in this integration
  • One big limitation is that it creates the Projects Bug/Issue as owned by the integration owner, rather than the owner of the Ticket in Desk
  • To solve for this, we added a Zoho Flow automation that triggers each time a Bug/Issue is created in Projects
  • This automation checks if the Bug/Issue came from a Desk Ticket, and if so, it pulls the Owner from that Ticket to add as the Owner of the Bug/Issue

Code Share of the Week

• Seamlessly Transfer Files from Zoho Creator Subform to WorkDrive
  • This standalone function allows users to download files from a Zoho Creator subform and upload them directly to Zoho WorkDrive. In order for this to work, the report being referenced should have the upload file field selected for display in the Quick View Layout.
