Implementation of the Week
- Data Capture & Sync to CRM from Zoho Sign Document Completion
- In this implementation, we were working with a client that had a two-step onboarding process for new clients
- First, they would complete a Contract document via Zoho Sign. Then, they would be sent a Survey with some additional information needed for a successful engagement
- Our goal was to consolidate these two steps into one, to create a more smooth experience for their clients
- First, we created a PDF version of the Survey with locations for each piece of field data to be captured
- Then, we added this document to the Sign template, and added the appropriate Sign fields for filling out the data
- Lastly, we set up an automation in Zoho Flow where we capture this data after completion of the Sign Request, and write it to the appropriate CRM record
