Implementation of the Week
- Automated Notification to Deal Owner upon Zoho Sign Document Completion
- In this implementation, our client is sending Contract documents via a Mail Merge to Zoho Sign process starting in their CRM Deals module
- The Contract preparation and review process is not done solely by the Deal Owner, who in this case is the primary Salesperson
- Because there are multiple people working on the Contract, there are cases where the eventually created Zoho Sign Request is not owned by the Deal Owner. This means that they do not receive a notification from ZSign upon completion
- To solve for this, we set up a Zoho Flow to listen for newly completed Zoho Sign Documents. When it is triggered, it will find the appropriate Deal (by matching from the Request Name) and notify the appropriate Deal Owner associated with the found Deal record
