Implementation of the Week
- Automated Association of Leads to Custom Conference Module
- In this implementation, our goal was to automate the linking of particular Leads to a custom “Conference” module so that our client can understand how impactful Conference attendance is on nurturing good prospects
- Because a Lead can attend many Conferences, we also created a linking module (Leads x Conferences) to store the many-to-many relationship
- To automate attribution, we configured a standardized import process where the client can import the Conference attendees list
- In this process, the client will import their Leads (using create/update) and assign the Conference title to a particular text field we’ve added to Leads
- This import triggers a create/update workflow that will review this Conference title value, search the Conferences module, and when a match is found, associate the Lead to that specific Conference

- Using Flow To Create A CRM Record From Zoho Sign
- Prerequisites: Zoho CRM, Zoho Sign, and Zoho Flow accounts.
- Trigger Zoho Flow when a Zoho Sign document is completed.
- Use custom functions in Zoho Deluge to extract data from the document.
- Check Zoho CRM for existing records, create new account records if needed.
- Update contact records with the new account record ID to ensure data consistency.
