Implementation of the Week
- Dropbox Integration for Zoho Sign via Zoho Flow
- In this implementation, we’re working with a client that uses Dropbox in tandem with Zoho CRM+Sign
- Previously, upon a document being signed they were manually loading the completed documents into a folder for each client within Dropbox
- Our goal was to automate this process, so we started by setting up a trigger upon Zoho Sign document completion via Flow
- We then route the Sign info into a Deluge function where we are able to download the PDF and assign it a name based on a standard convention
- Then, we find the Dropbox folder based on the client name, and upload the document there for long term storage

- Inventory to QBO integration
- This week’s code share guides you through automating the process of sending inventory data from Zoho Inventory to QuickBooks Online (QBO) using Zoho Flow. This involves setting up connections between Zoho Flow and both Zoho Inventory and QBO and creating a custom function to manage customer and item data in QBO and generate invoices based on sales orders from Zoho Invoice. This automation aims to streamline data integration and reduce manual entry efforts.
