Implementation of the Week

  • Customer Validation & Transfer for 3rd Party Call Center via Zoho Analytics, Forms & CRM
    • In this implementation, our goal was to provide a dataset accessible for a 3rd party call center, with a transfer mechanism for that call center to transfer data to our client’s employees in CRM
    • First, we created a Zoho Analytics report that displays all of the Active Customers that should be transferred to our client
    • In that Analytics report, we include a custom URL field that opens a pre-filled Zoho Form that the call center can use to transfer the call
    • Upon submission of this Form, the data is routed through Zoho Flow to create a CRM “Request” record connected to the appropriate Customer, and containing all of the data gathered by the call center
