Implementation of the Week

• Zoho CRM + Google Drive Integration via Zoho Flow
  • In this implementation, our goal was to automatically create a unique folder structure in Google Drive for each newly created Account in CRM
  • Normally, we would do this via Zoho Workdrive, but in this case our client wanted to retain GDrive
  • First, we set up authorized connections for CRM and GSuite within Zoho Flow
  • Then, we set up a flow that triggers each time a new CRM Account is created
  • Lastly, this flow runs to create a multi-layer folder structure (3 levels of folder hierarchy), and links the most top-level folder back to that original CRM Account

Code Share of the Week

• Client Script – Google Address Auto-Fill Account Billing Address
  • This client script runs on change of the Billing Street field on an account’s edit page. The API names could be changed to fit any other module as well. 
  • If there is a match: the street, city, state, code, and country will be auto-filled and an info tip will appear next to the Billing Street field label indicating it was updated with Google info.
