Implementation of the Week
- Zoho Campaigns Click Summary Reporting to CRM Lead/Contact Owners
- In this implementation, our goal was to automate the delivery of a report to our client’s sales team, notifying them of their owned CRM Lead/Contacts’ interactions with email marketing
- To accomplish this, we first created a custom dataset in Zoho Analytics, blending the CRM and Campaigns data together
- Then, we created a filtered view of that data to show emails clicked yesterday by CRM Leads/Contacts
- Lastly, we created a scheduled function (daily) to organize this data into an HTML table and send an email to each CRM Lead/Contact Owner with their relevant engaged prospects
