  • SalesIQ Web Visitor Deanonymization via Zoho CRM Email Clicks
    • SalesIQ provides a powerful toolset to gather information about the web engagement of existing Leads and Contacts
    • The challenge is that the web traffic is totally anonymous unless the user chats
    • This implementation centered around using URL parameters in CRM Email Templates such that the Lead/Contact
    • Once the Lead/Contact clicks through, we connect their CRM record to the SalesIQ Visitor, which allows for ongoing Visitor Scoring and an improved ability to utilize CRM data for ongoing chat engagement
